Kai After Dark - Springfield

I really enjoy going to Ocean Zen and Karai. Tonight was my first experience with Kai. Same amazing food and atmosphere. However, our waitress was inattentive, rude, and hostile. After paying and leaving she actually chased our party down the streetafter leaving her brick and mortar to say, ?I hope you never come back,? over her tip because as she explained in additionalterms, she was not satisfied with it. I?ve never been harassed by such a trusted restaurant group, or any establishment, ever. Itold her I wouldn?t ever come back as she wished, and I won?t. I?ve had poor customer service, but never been harassed followingtheir mistakes, and certainly never then asked not to come back. Good luck with that model as a business from that waitresses?perspective. I can?t give no stars because my whole experience with the company has until this time been 5 stars, and this womandeserves 0. So 4. There are always bad apples, or people having a bad day. My experience is that this person just needs a break.And someone to tell her to not follow people to their cars.

Kia is one of the best places to eat in Springfield Missouri. I come here about once a week and all the food is excellent but my favorite is the New York strip. The staff is great and the food is some of the best in Springfield. I would give it 10 stars ifI could.

We came here for a party and the service was amazing! She came to check on us frequently and was very personable with us. Our food came out in a timely manner and was perfectly made! Their portion sizes are very decent for americanized sushi. Their latenight menu has a good variety and there's something on it for everyone! Their garnishes are edible and delicious! The saucesare out of this world! And their cocktails, you can't even taste the alcohol and they are not too fruity like most housecocktails are. The ambiance of the place is gorgeous, calming music, low lighting, makes you feel like royalty.

Our waitress was so sweet and helpful, the sushi was amazing, and there is a sushi roll called oh my god that literally comes on fire! You won 't find a better place.

Absolutely incredible. The food and drinks were AMAZING, the service was fantastic, the atmosphere was great I wish this place was closer to home, I'd eat there all the time. I highly recommend the seafood yakisoba!
