Le Bledo - Springfield

Fast service. Good pork belly bahn mi and sugar cane juice!

This used to be one of my most favorite places to eat. Sadly, the quality of the food has gone down; most notably the egg rolls. Picked up an order for dinner last night and they have now changed the ratio of filling to wrapper to where it’s almost all wrapper.

A very easy time at the register, and they brought my food to the table. I picked up a drink from their fridge on the way out. Nice atmosphere and staff, my soup was delicious.

I tried their chicken sandwiches and summer rolls and didn't like it at all. They don't put any sauce or effort into making it tasty, it was a waste of time and money, don't think I will try them again.

First time here. The people are awesome and inviting! I ordered combination Banh-Mi, shrimp/pork eggrolls, and a Viet coffee. Banh-mi bread was slightly toasted, SOOO yummy! The carrot slaw was watery, I haven't seen that before and didn't really like it. It made the sandwich a little soggy and changed the taste. The eggroll was small, I'm more of quality than quantity but the filling was even smaller and I really couldn't taste anything. The coffee was delicious, definitely saved the meal. Overall, I would try again if I were nearby but definitely not order the eggroll.
