Contribuisci feedbackThis is one of the cleanest KFC/Long John Silver's I've been in. Very nearly immaculate and well lit and nicely decorated. The young man (Dillon) behind the counter was friendly, attentive, and great with customer service. It is the best customer serviceI've had at a fast food place in a long time. Definitely recommend.
Went to eat here after checking their lobby times to be 2 pm for dine in. Was turned away and told that they are drive thru only even though lobby doors were left unlocked. This is the second instance of this at this location so will not be returning.
Since the pandemic started and everything closed this location has been closed for the lobby. For the longest time they were closed after things open. They are still closed now at the most inopportune times. They have a sign that says lobby closed at2pm. So that makes the only option drive thru and the lines is ridiculous. I understand no one is wanting to work but make itthe option of coming in and ordering carryout at least not just having to wait in drive thru for 20 or more min to order yourfood and then drive home to eat it.
Did the order on app and when I got there to pick up my food all the doors where locked. None of them would even l[k at me to tell me what to do since the doors where locked. I decided to go through the drive thru and get my food. They acted like I wasnot allowed to get my food from the drive thru. I did get my food buy it was a real pain in the bottom to do so.
My food was nasty. The fish was old and greasy. You could tell it had been sitting there for awhile cus it was hard to chew. The French fries were limp and soak in grease and salt. Paid 16 bucks for nasty food! Avoid this place.
