Longhorn Steakhouse - Springfield

The restaurant was clean, and there was a bit of a wait after we made a reservation. The food was enjoyable. If you're watching your salt intake and plan to order the wings or wraps, make sure to request light spices. I ordered a virgin piña colada for my mother, but the glass wasn't garnished with pineapples or a little umbrella, which was a bit disappointing. On the plus side, the dinner appetizers were good and provided nice portions for sharing.

I did notice that the waiting area was empty when we arrived, but just a couple of minutes later, families began signing up. I overheard the host informing diners that there would be a 15-20 minute wait due to a shortage of servers at the moment. I think it would be helpful to put a sign outside to give people a heads-up, but I was glad we came in before the place started getting crowded.

Absolutely amazing restaurant! It wasn't crowded on Tuesday night. A big thank you to the hostess who seated our group of five at a round table for eight. Every dish was cooked to perfection, and the strawberry margaritas were delicious. Highly recommended! Thank you for a lovely evening!

One of my favorite steakhouse restaurants to get a meal, no matter which steak you choose and cook it to your cooking choice it comes perfectly, I like mines juicy so that I either choose medium or medium well and they taste delicious. long horns also have chicken dishes and now for a limited time Lamb Chops. My wife ordered some and she had to have them the next day after we went to Longhorn. Get them an attempt and I bet you won't be disappointed.
