Mcdonald's - Springfield

It’s frustrating to come here, as they always seem to mess up our order! We just wanted two plain hamburgers and two McChickens with extra mayo, but instead, we got two double cheeseburgers, and both McChickens had cheese on them. They never get it right.

I've eaten at McDonald's before, but this experience was disappointing. I ended up throwing most of my food away. We placed our order but were ignored for a good 20 minutes. When we finally got our food, it was cold, and the cheeseburger wasn't even cooked. Normally, their fries are great, but this time they were absolutely terrible. I feel like I wasted $35.

All McDonald's locations are terrible and unappetizing. I only go there for ice cream because the food is the worst I've ever had. The service is equally disappointing, whether in Springfield, Chicopee, or any other location. No matter where you go, the food quality is poor and the restaurants are dirty.

Don’t go to this mcdonald’s unless I want to be disappointed if you want to eat fresh, you need to ask if you won’t give them to you most enjoyable eating that they clog you and give you a stone cheeseburger and don’t expect your money because the manager will give you a job that he will tell you to go quite a lot to go to yourself or to go rocks

The workers are very friendly and helpful. nice playground for kids
