Mcdonald's - Springfield

I didn't get my Wr code, I didn't get my deal, took some of it, then don't get reception and pommes were oversalted and cold food: 3/5

Their menu points are so consistent. parking space: easy access to parking as usual.

The second time I was there. in the last two weeks I ordered food chickenuggets and fish only after home and get. No nuggets or fish

Never back! if I could, I wouldn't even give them a star! Unfortunately, I had no choice to come here because I was in a hurry to come home, and tonight I see why I stopped coming here. beyond careless. eating was quite crushed by them in a hurry. not to mention that the burger was thrown away for hair. I don't even want my money back. I hope you do better! That was so ridiculous!

I find it disrespectful, I sit at the drive through for 5 minutes waiting to order. I then ordered a Diet Coke. No one pointed out to me they were out of large cups. I then pay go to the window and am handed a small Diet Coke. I was the rudely asked is this not yours. I said I order a diet Coke I think. She goes yeah this is it rudely again. I then said I wanted a large Diet Coke. I’m then greeted with a response of well we don’t have large cups and we won’t get them till the truck gets here. The truck keep in mind was there and was blocking off the entire parking lot. I did not appreciate the rude service and did not appreciate the lack of communication before I had bought the Diet Coke. If I was told they were out of large cups I would’ve gone to a gas station to purchase one. But instead they allowed me to purchase the small under a false notion that I was thinking I was purchasing a large.
