New Chinese Chef - Springfield

This is the only place I can say I've never had a bad experience. And the food is always amazing

I have always loved this restaurant and had the chance to dine there for the first time on Halloween. We arrived a little after 7 and were informed that we could only sit on one side of the lobby because the staff needed to clean, which I understood. However, we were also told we needed to eat quickly since they lock the lobby doors at 8 PM. The only hot dish I received was the soup from the hot line. My order arrived with lukewarm sauce, and my mother-in-law's beef and broccoli had almost raw broccoli in it. During my last few visits, it seems like the quality has declined, as if they were just ready to call it a day. It's definitely hit or miss. This used to be my favorite Chinese restaurant in town, and I always enjoyed their crab rangoons.

I used to work at this restaurant, and now I can’t imagine eating Chinese food anywhere else. The dishes are always well-prepared and consistently outstanding. I particularly enjoy their crab Rangoon; it has a wonderfully sweet flavor that is simply delicious.

The food was served hot, but the flavor was lacking. I consider this place a last resort and wouldn't recommend it at all.

I can't stand when a business thinks it's okay to argue with a customer. The blonde girl in the register with commands has missed our order that should be to go. Starts to box it, then it lets sit on the counter to take a bunch of different orders, then goes back to box our order all the time without gloves. She can see her on something or needs medical attention especially when you eat with people. I hope no children get sick or hurt
