Contribuisci feedbackVery disappointed in this Panera Bread location. Usually you love everything they do so that I was excited to try the new Chicken Signature Take Sandwich. I'll be at noon to get it fresh. When I ordered it, the cashier went a few meters away to ask if they have the sandwich and I hear someone tells her no, they're still frozen. She came back and said they were out of the sandwich. The signature and the Spicy. She didn't know I overheard that they weren't outside, but frozen bc aren't ready for lunch. So you have 2 brand new items MANAGEMENT, but you run your restaurant so badly that you don't prepare your menu for lunch? I ordered a little article and left. You lost a big order I bought for the office. I didn't tip either. Unexcepted management. Your staff will relax on tips and the public will be angry at them if you don't have your menu ready!
I love the healthy options that panera offers. eating is really good and most of the time is ready when they say it will be. about all a really good place to get some quality food. the accuracy is not its strength. I travels quite a bit and panera is one of mine to eat, but I have found that always exactly what they order is often a problem. good help is now especially difficult to find in food service, so I will not blow them too hard on it. I warn everyone to check their order before leaving the restaurant because there is about 50/50 chance that it will be wrong. not terrible wrong as the totally wrong product, but they say that they order a breakfast sandwich and choose it to be in contrast too easy, they can scrambled, they can get over easy or they can both get. and sometimes just no ice. I could give many games, but given the current employment environment I don't see that the things for the better change soon. they are always very nice and fast to correct the mistake and eating is just so good. they were not on this wise pre-pandemic, so I owe it square to the difficultness to find good help today days. as far as everything else goes, I would give them 4 and 5 stars.
I am a Tordash supplier and I often this place all the time and they are very good to get their orders out and all that in 100% accuracy always recommend good settings behind the counter in any case this position
The restaurant was clean, the people served were happy and happy. the food was hot and delicious! great to breakfast.
I like some of the food, but it is ridiculous that they still have no gluten free options. It's also soooo expensive for what you get! I can only eat here once in a blue moon. I used to visit here regularly when a friend and I both had the sip deal for coffee and tea, and we would meet between classes once per week to do homework and chat...but unless I have a regular plan like that, this place is too rich for me!
