Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen - Springfield

The food here is always fresh and the service is always good. My husband and I pass two other Popeyes locations to go to this and we were never disappointed. Everyone is always helpful and the manager in training tonight was super nice and personal, he answered all the questions we had and was very upbeat. He radiated a very friendly and positive energy. All this is the best Popeyes location and they will continue to have our business!!

AWFUL experience here today. I ordered 2 5pc tender meals (12:14pm), after getting my drinks and paying the window cashier asked me to pull forward because they needed more time making the tenders. After 10 minutes of waiting and multiple cars getting their food and leaving, I finally called the location (12:25pm) to remind them I was still waiting. The employee said they would come right out but it was another 9 minutes before someone came out with our food. She apologized for the wait but I then had to remind her we needed straws and sauces. When she went back inside for the forgotten items I checked our food and found 2 boxes of burnt, dried out food. Even the fries were bad. I showed the employee when she came back and she said that is just how our cook makes it . Total BS. I waited 19 minutes and paid $18 for basically biscuits and drinks. An email was sent to corporate but no response yet.

Tested her new fish sandwich. It was really good. I'll order again! Update: regular has tartar, spicey has a spicey mayo. I recommend getting both.

We had a pretty big order, so we had to raise, but our food came fresh and well worth waiting. I always like to get the plastered jalapenos, definitely delicious. Just wish this place offered the dirty rice sides.

Experience in every Popeyes restaurant the total ruin as I have today ... Unreal we went inside thru . This is the mac n cheese that we there 's black point substance in Betted all about it was cold n old as it glued like a glue texture. What the ride thru girl played her eyes on us when we asked for a straw n she answered, we didn't get... and we asked how we would drink that in the car. She answered idk taje the lid, I guess n drink it like that. Tell us you keep my line up! And Rhere wasn't behind us. And close her druve thru window. We called Asap after we pulled out the parking lot.
