Shrimp And Bayou Classics - Springfield

I am lucky enough to live right down the street from this place. These guys make amazing Cajun food. It's become a staple in my diet lol. I must have my gator and catfish at least once a week. I highly recommend trying this place out!

Great food had the shrimp boil and the wife had the shrimp po boy both were very good we will be back and the service was top notch the guys were spot on with making sure our dinner was awesome thanks

We stopped by here this evening. My husband had the Original Sampler, and I had the Catfish, Shrimp Basket, with Red Beans and Rice and Coleslaw. There was so much we have lunch for tomorrow. It was some of the best Catfish and Shrimp I have ever eaten.

The best place to get seafood in Springfield. Fried Fish and Shrimp are consistently delicious. I always watch for their seasonal dishes too. The oysters are excellent grilled on the half shell or fried. Jambalaya and gumbo are superb. If the weather is nice take a beer with you and enjoy it with your meal on the picnic tables, otherwise pick up the meal and go. Peel and eat shrimp really good. Crawfish boils are excellent. Portions are large, anyone who says they aren't is a fat glutton.

We had not been to this establishment since it had been aquired from the prior owners, so I did not know what to expect. Simply put, it was better than ever. Authentic cajun food with an impressive menu and reasonable prices. I will return regularly, this place is amazing!
