Taco Bell - Springfield

I used to love Taco Bell, especially their amazing $5 value boxes. They always offered great value. However, I've noticed that over the past two years, they've been reducing the sizes of their burritos and some of my favorite menu items have disappeared. The value boxes don't seem as worthwhile anymore either. Now, when I go, it's just for a decent Baja, and I've been really disappointed.

Excellent customer service! Ty at the drive-thru welcomed me with a smile, and the rest of the team was incredibly friendly.

It's Taco Bell. You get exactly what you order—hot and quick service. They have the best iced tea in Springfield!

They've deleted all our favorite menu items. What's left Is tacos and what amounts to a few burritos. The service at this particular taco bell also was slow and not very friendly like it annoyed the guy to be bothered with taking my order.
