Contribuisci feedbackI stopped by around 8 PM for a quick meal and ordered some chicken sandwiches, which arrived in no time—probably just a minute. I asked the staff if the sandwiches were fresh, since the speed was concerning. They assured me they were fresh. However, when I got home and tried it, the chicken was definitely not fresh. It was tough and hard to chew, clearly indicating it had been sitting out for a while. I can't help but wonder why they would serve this, perhaps just to dispose of old inventory?
This restaurant clearly lacks an understanding of customer service, and it feels like the franchise is just paying for the privilege of using the brand name. A coworker even suggested throwing a freshly made burger at my son, which was completely inappropriate. Thankfully, another coworker didn’t follow through with that suggestion, as it could have been seen as an attack that warranted police involvement. Additionally, the franchise owner would likely be very upset if they were no longer associated with Wendy's, as the parent company benefits from the franchise model. They should remember that they never know who their customers are or what they might be capable of.
I had the worst experience at Wendy's! They didn't fulfill our entire order, and when we pointed out what was missing, one of the cooks in the back insisted that we had everything and flat-out told us, “You are a liar.” There was no way to get a refund. When we asked for the name of the cook, the staff member we spoke to was unhelpful. I would never consider returning to this location.
I, my youngest daughter and 9 months old granddaughter came here for lunch. the entire staff was very friendly and friendly. the lobby was very clean and the food was hot and tasty. big daughter loved the pommes and mini chocolate frosty.
Always out of options. On multiple occasions we have asked for Frostys, salads and baked potatoes and they have been out or equipment is down and items are unavailable. Extended waits to place order in drive through. Haven't gotten all the correct items asked for on more than one occasion. Coke cups are handed out the window dripping with drinks which sticky my hands and car. They forget to add napkins, straws, spoons, crackers for chili, tortilla chips for taco salad and dressing or wrong dressing for salads. On last trip the person at the drive thru window was facing away from the window yelling at staff inside and almost dropping my food.I like Wendy's food options and is the only fast food chain that has things that I can eat and don't upset my stomach. I like the franchise. Sadly, the store closest to me, is a huge disappointment.Will be happy when there is new ownership or management and improvements are made.Store location:Springfield, ILLindbergh and Freedom Dr
