Contribuisci feedbackI waited 25 minutes for a mobile order, and there was only one item in the entire bag. They could have packed it themselves! This is unacceptable, especially considering they have a full staff and still can't get it right.
Today at 9:30 PM, I went through the drive-thru, and the woman at the window immediately told me that their system was down. I could tell she was being dishonest. When I called her out on it, she insisted that the system wasn't actually down. I wasn't trying to be rude, but I was tired and hungry and felt she was not being truthful. The lights were off inside the restaurant, but I noticed that they are supposed to be open until 11 PM on Thursday nights.
Currently, I’m on crutches and unable to drive, so I can’t return for a refund, but the staff didn’t seem to care when I called. The gentleman I spoke to acknowledged that there was an issue but didn’t offer any solutions. I understand they can’t process a refund for orders placed through their app, but they could at least provide some assistance. I followed the instructions I was given, hoping to recover my money. I would never treat someone so dismissively. My advice is to stay away from this place.
Does not even deserve 1 star! this place was so dirty and so we are there the workers! I threw the 20.00 bag of burgers and drove right in the müll! the lady room couldn't even use because it was so rough! this place shouldn't be open! totally disgusting! worst place ever!
Waited 20mins in the drive thru for my food. When I finally walked inside to get it, they had forgotten I was even out there...and didn't give me my bag of fries. So I had to go back in again. No thanks!
