In the past few months the service has went down hill and so has the food. It takes forever to order your food and even longer to get it. Me and my family would rather go to McDonald's then here and I don't even like McDonald's so that's bad Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

So, I've been sitting in my stall long enough for the flashing red light to stop flashing, and still no service. At this point, it has become a challenge to see how long it will take and how many button presses to get them to do their jobs. 10 minutes so far. The food is OK if your on the run only. The ice cream is great. The service is horrible. They allow you to sit in drive through for over 10 minutes till you give up and go to the window to be told that drive thru is out of order. Most of the employees there have bad and unprofessional attitudes and have a way of showing that they can care less about anything and that they are selfishly there to just get a paycheck. Food: 3
