Chesters Chicken - Springville

Workers looked overworked. Very small little store between a McDonald's and Loves gas station. They did not have any wings. The lady working the counter seems nice but her and the guy cleaning up behind her both looks very tired. Prices weren't cheap but kind of what I expected for chicken strips, next to a gas station on the freeway. Chicken was hot in fresh. The potatoe wedges were hot and had a good crunch. I would go again. Vegetarian options: They mostly sell chicken so vegetarian options would be potato wedges or mac and cheese the green beans head bacon in them Dietary restrictions: I think everything had gluten in it. New employee acted like she didn't want to be there and had attitude with her superior who was trying to help. If it had been new employee there we would have walked out without ordering any food. That tells you what we thought of her. Parking: Its a truck stop whats to say. If alot of trucks parking could be hard to find. Place always seems disorganized but the food is great

Stopped here on our way back home. First time trying this chicken but I gotta say it had more flavor than any chicken place back home. I feel like the food in general in vegas is just not good. Especially when I go to California or Utah the food just taste so much better. Anyway it's not close to me but I'd definitely stop here again on another road trip. And yes it's at a gas station so don't expect 5 star service
