Main St Pizza - Springville

We ordered two pizzas: a medium bacon, sausage, and pepperoni, and a chicken Alfredo (without olives). Both pizzas were generously topped; they definitely don't skimp here! The chicken was in big, juicy chunks, and the fresh veggies made it even better. We also indulged in the cinnamon sticks, which were absolutely delicious! I'm obsessed with the whipped dipping frosting, which was perfectly balanced—not too sweet—and paired wonderfully with the fluffy cinnamon sticks that had a slightly crunchy top. Overall, a fantastic experience!

This was our first experience ordering from Main Street Pizza, but it definitely won't be our last! I called in the afternoon to place a pick-up order for 6 PM. It's always a bit of a gamble since you wonder if they'll start preparing it too early, leaving it cold by the time you arrive, or if they might forget your order altogether, resulting in a long wait. I'm pleased to say that everything was hot and ready when I got there right at 6 PM. There was no wait, and the staff was friendly and courteous. The pizzas were generously topped, and we enjoyed both of them immensely. The cinnamon sticks were delightful, and I'm absolutely in love with the whipped dipping frosting!

I am very disappointed with the service at Springville's Main Street Pizza, largely due to a manager named Cassidy. On several occasions, I have experienced terrible service from her. Cassidy instructs her employees to inform customers that they cannot take orders after 8:30 PM, even though they don’t close until 9:00 PM. This has happened multiple times. Once, when I called, I was told they already had a few orders and needed to start cleaning. The employee mentioned that Cassidy told them to say this because they are high school students who need to be ready to go home by closing time. To ensure I could place my order, she advised me to call by 8:35. I called at 8:32, but despite my explanation, the employee was unable to take my order because her manager insisted they couldn't. Just last night, I called at 8:26 to order my pizza. As we were about to hang up, I realized I forgot to request thin crust. I tried to reach the employee again to make this request but was unsuccessful. I called back and let the phone ring until it was answered and then immediately hung up on me—this happened three times. On the fourth attempt, I received a response saying, "Main Street Pizza, we are no longer taking any orders at this time." I explained that wasn't the reason for my call and mentioned I'd been hung up on. When I arrived at the pickup window to collect my pizzas, I waited six minutes without assistance, despite seeing my pizzas sitting on the warmer the whole time. The staff noticed me but continued cleaning instead of helping. The service from Cassidy has truly been disappointing.

I would give this place zero stars. We walked in to order a pizza and stood around for quite some time without being greeted. When we finally got someone's attention, they told us they were closing early, and they did so in a really rude manner. The website says they are open, and the signs in the pizza shop say they are open as well. They outright refused us service.
