The staff at the springville Utah location needs to be better trained. Went in to redeem a simple coupon and they said they couldn’t do it because the manager wasn’t there. And the staff is REALLY slow at getting orders out

Always takes 1 hour to get through the drive through. Not only that but no one even spoke to me on the intercom. Of course when I got to the window they were very confused. As was I.

So delicious and so much fun to have tiny bits of paper thoughtfully blended up into my kid's smoothies on a day when nothing could break our stride. super cool of you all. i would have given it five stars but not enough recycled paper; maybe next time? have a fantastic night tropical smoothie crew of my dreams.

Great smoothies and amazing customer service. The place is always clean and although they are always very busy, the employees try there best to tend to everyone. Alexa will always go above and beyond and she is a very sweet girl her smoothies are THE BEST. Definitely worth the wait 10/10

Food is good. A bit pricey. Drive thru is as slow as molasses.
