I can't believe how amazing this restaurant is! The food, service, and atmosphere exceeded our expectations - even with our party of 12 people! Let's start with the ambiance: the friendly hostess seated us on the deck with a beautiful view of the water and sunset. The rustic minimalist decorations and cozy interior made for a relaxing environment. The deck, where we dined, had trendy Edison lighting and was spotless. Now onto the service. Our group would give the Causeway staff 10 stars in this category! Our waiter, Jase, interacted well with our lively group, accommodating substitutions without any issues. The manager, Brenda, and the owner, Greg, were both welcoming and made us feel at home. Even the Chef came out to greet us, receiving a round of applause for the exceptional meal. Speaking of which, the food was EPIC. My husband and I loved the Brussels sprouts and bacon wrapped dates for appetizers, and our hangar steak was outstanding. Our friends raved about the mussels and lamb dishes. We can't thank the Causeway staff enough for the unforgettable meal and experience. We can't wait to come back!

This was probably the best meal I have ever had dining out. It was even more special being with my wife on our twenty-sixth wedding anniversary. The service, dining experience, and atmosphere were all top-notch. I would highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a memorable dining experience.

Quickly Deteriorating: A year ago (in 2022), this place was the best-kept secret. The menu was well-balanced, and the atmosphere was pleasant. The quality of ingredients and the preparation of dishes were perfect. Now, it 's overpriced, uncomfortable, and provides a basic experience. The dish preparations are more reminiscent of a pub or a dive bar, and the atmosphere is loud and unwelcoming. This place has the best view and location, with so much potential to excel. I 'm glad to have experienced what it used to be, but I 'm okay with not going back to what it is now.

I wrote a negative post about meals we had last night, but I received a call from the owner who did all he could to rectify our experience and assure us that it was was an outlier to the excellent food and service we had in the past.
