Mcdonald's - Spruce Pine

We order a food and there is a long line and way too busy The cars is completely too slow so I give 1 star

If you tell us to get a number and wait for our food, then you stick it in the window and don’t even call us to get it???!?! I don’t care what they’re paying you, it’s TOO MUCH.

I swear I will never go back to this McD's again. Yesterday I ordered a 1/4 with cheese, onion and macsauce only. That's easy, right?Not! The label was correct, but the sandwich was dripping with ketchup, and macsauce. No onion! Of course you never discover the mess until you are miles away. I removed as much of the drippy as possible in an attempt to save my shirt, and proceeded to eat the sandwich. I wish I had put it in the trash, because today I have the worse tummy cramps ever. Yes it was the big Mac. I have had nothing else.The SprucePine McDonald's really needs to be closed down. Relegated to history along with the recent passing of Hardee's. That place never made me sick.

Do not go here unless you wanna wait for 20 minutes just to get your order wrong. I literally drive to the next town to eat

Consistently the worst McDonald's I've ever been to. The fries are always soggy, last week my breakfast burrito wasn't heated all the way through, the burgers sometimes look good, but sometimes just thrown together. The service, though, is the worst. Good luck getting help if you walk in. I just left the drive through line for the 3rd time this year because it takes forever and they leave cars sitting while they take multiple from the other lane. They really have an operational problem. Why do I come back? Because it's spruce pine and it's one of two options for a quick bite in town (I just drove to the other option and was through the drive through in no time! . In my humble opinion the owners should fire the store manager and bring in someone with experience. Just my two cents.
