A&W Restaurant - Squamish

Male staff were friendly but the young female; possibly acting manager was super unfriendly. No smile even after thanking her twice, no eye contact either. I used my free upgrade from fries to poutine and they still charged me 75 cents because they were confused about the a nd w app for coupons. Also, I ordered no sauce and extra pickles and they charged me 15 cents for the pickles. Who does this ??? No restaurant that I know of has ever charged for pickles and the worst part is that they saved on sauce but they're were only 4 pickles on the burger. My buddy had a burger with bacon on it and it had two toothpicks of bacon on it.....brutal It's not the fact that I paid 90 cents too much but the fact that they don't care about return business. Just plain cheap and I or my friends will not return. I love a and w and hope that they do quality control on their restaurants so they can keep up their good name. Very unprofessional management!

Went by on the to and from Whistler for a lunch snack. Burger quality was average, but needed a cleaning and in the washroom towels was missing.

It was mid afternoon, and there were very few customers with a number of employees on duty. The restaurant was very dirty, as were the bathrooms. The food was disappointing as well, not what I was looking forward to. Also, the employee who took our order was unfriendly and not helpful.

Went here for a quick bite to eat , they do a great job at helping you right away and the plc is nice and clean but they do not accept internet coupons from anw which is very strange , that is the only bad thing I have to say about the plc , otherwise they are very good
