Favorite satay every time I go home to Sragen. This is a legendary satay that my husband said has been around since he was a child. The satay is typical satay from the Kulonan area. Don't use peanut sauce, but soy sauce seasoning with a complement of sliced shallots, tomatoes and raw cabbage. The taste has never changed since then. But the portions are getting smaller . The slices are getting smaller. The characteristic of satay here is that when it is served it is not skewered like satay in general. But it has been removed from the skewer.
