Infuse Modern Indian Bistro - St Albans

I visited this restaurant recently to support a local initiative. The chicken wings were fantastic, and the chicken jalfrezi was equally delicious. I will definitely return in the future to explore more of the tapas menu!

The service was excellent—attentive yet not intrusive. The food was perfectly cooked. The lamb was tender and delicious, while the biryani was authentic and wonderfully flavored. With a variety of vegan and vegetarian options, there's something for everyone. Highly recommend this restaurant! I will definitely be returning!

A very friendly and beautiful restaurant that is definitely worth a visit. The experience was extraordinary, with dishes that were beautifully seasoned, presented, and a joy to eat. The dum biryani was particularly impressive. Overall, it offers excellent Indian food!

Takeaway. Great flavoursome food, biriyani and tikka dishes were excellent and travelled well. Only note is as it was pick up original order was incorrect by one dish but that was resolved on site quickly. Delicious! Thanks
