The Green Man - St Albans

This pub has the best selection of real ales in the area, with friendly landlords and staff. It's a true family-run establishment.

You can't go wrong with The Green Man. It's perfect for grabbing a quick pint after visiting Heartwood Forest with your dog or enjoying a homemade pizza and drink on a Friday night. They have a free car park and even offer dairy-free cheese for my lactose intolerant girlfriend. The staff is very friendly as well. Highly recommended!

The staff were extremely friendly and the food was exceptional. I will definitely be returning.

May 2023. Still tasty food, good beer and value for money. September 2023 lunch still as good value as ever. January 2024 lunch excellent food as usual at a reasonable price.
