Traditional Georgian pub, on a side street, directly from the city center. Complete ales are well kept I love a pint of esb. has roasted here on Sunday at many places and the quality portion size is excellent. friendly staff and local make it a good choice in the opposite, although it has stiff competition.

Nice cosy pub, staff are friendly, not a great deal of parking. Lovely garden with individual pods so you can chill and isolate if you want to.

First visit but will be back. Nice cosy pub, attentive, friendly staff and great beer.

This is a fantastic little pub with an excellent variety of food. The staff are friendly and welcoming, and the atmosphere is lovely.

I would like to express my heartfelt gratitude for the fantastic event organized for the Queen’s Platinum Jubilee, featuring both street and pub festivities. The host and staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. This pub is lovely, offering beautiful outdoor seating complete with heaters, making it very comfortable. There's an extensive selection of ales and beverages available. The live music was excellent and enjoyed by all. It’s also pet-friendly, so you can bring your dog along. This is a great location for gathering with friends and family, conveniently situated near Victoria Playing Fields. Highly recommended!
