Ancient City Brewing Taproom

We fell in a flowering day, tired, hungry and thirsty, and were captivated by the discovery of this taproom/bar/hang out place. The selection of brews will satisfy all with good taste. The ancient city is a must at our alternate annual visits to St. Augustine. Our last station was in September 2022 and Auston took care of us very well as sharing two flights and testing all available flights. Heck, I would have bought a shirt if you were available in my size and color. White long sleeves, medium, please. Maybe next time.

This is a small place with great value. The beer is very good. Your IPA has a lot of hops in it and so should be an IPA regarding me. Service is very friendly and tasting before you buy is well accepted. They do not calculate like a tourist trap that is an exception in this part of St. Augustine. Very recommended.

Cool little place. The beer we tried was great and the service was excellent! My wife made a flight and I tried a pint of her coconut porter. The best beer on the flight was their OCD that had hints on vanilla and orange. Tastes almost like a cream skeleton! The art on the wall was also a beautiful touch. We're coming back!

Excellent brewery! I had the flight and it was great. I recommend tasting all their beers. The bartender was very friendly and the location is perfect. Very recommended.

Whenever we make a trip to St Augustine we always make sure to stop by Ancient City. My hubs enjoys the Golden Ale and the Coconut Porter. I tried the Pineapple Cider and it was so good. A couple of times including last night we encountered Dani the bartender who is awesome!!!! It’s a small place, kept pretty clean with a chill vibe.
