Crackle Barrel - St. Augustine

The food was outstanding, and our server, Ruthie, was exceptional! Excellent food paired with top-notch service! We'll definitely be returning!

I placed a to-go order today, and when I got home, I realized that my order was slightly incorrect. I called and spoke with the manager, whose name I believe is Juan. He approached my situation with incredible kindness and understanding. He completely remade our order and even added a couple of desserts on the house. His customer service was truly exceptional. Experiences like this help retain customers, especially when things could have easily gone wrong. Thank you for your assistance and great service!

We had the sweetest and kindest waitress during our visit. Unfortunately, I can't recall her name, but she was a lovely young lady. Despite the restaurant being busy, she remained polite and was quick and efficient in her service. I highly recommend this place to anyone!

Cracker barrel should get location signs to get the restaurant. Other than that. Brittany our waitress was so nice and accommodating. She was able to get me cucumber salad even though they no longer carry it. Thank you Brittany for making our experience great. Ask for Brittany as a waitress when u go.

Great breakfast and our waitress, Star was AMAZING!! Super friendly and stayed on top of everything.
