I absolutely adored the old-world atmosphere of this restaurant. The mixed Greek spreads appetizer was fantastic, and I also enjoyed the delicious kraut mushroom pierogies and stuffed pepper. There were several vegetarian and vegan options available, as well as meat dishes. The service was excellent, and the overall experience was a nice escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. I highly recommend this restaurant!
This restaurant is small, but the food is excellent. I visited about a month ago on a trip with my mother and daughter. We stumbled upon it while we were hungry and found it on a charming, narrow street. We ordered an appetizer with stuffed cabbage and an olive spread that we really enjoyed. I can't remember the other items, but we loved everything on the plate. We also had champagne to celebrate the mother and daughter outing. The restaurant serves Portuguese and Polish food and the staff is very friendly. I definitely plan to bring my husband here, as they have Kabasa, which he loves. Look for Radi, as she is outgoing, friendly, and pleasant to chat with. Don't miss out on visiting this place!
The restaurant in the old town offers exceptional Polish and Greek cuisine. Make sure to bring a basket so you can take home some leftovers! We visited twice and tried a variety of dishes, all of which were delicious. Pair your meal with Czech ale or choose from the selection of unique beers. The staff, especially Radic, was fantastic and made our experience enjoyable. The space is small but cozy, filled with memorabilia and outdoor seating. It's best to arrive early, go for lunch, or be prepared to wait as reservations are not accepted.
Hey Yelpers have I got a gem to share with you! We decided to go to St. Augustine and try out a new spot. Wooowie were we in for a treat! This place is very cozy, feels like your at someones home. They serve a bit of Polish and Greek items. The service was wondeful, our server was very helpful with options. The food was fresh, full of flavor. We had the side of Polish Sausage, Pierogies potato and cheese filled and Golombki cabbage leaves stuffed with rice and meat topped with tomato sauce. We also had an order of grape leaves for appetizer. Dessert we had the Ube cake definately a different type of flavor it was ok for me. Reminded me a bit of ganache which Im not really big on..sorry I know! My WOW moment was taken a notch higher when we tried two of their wines. They were so good we bought two bottles of each! The first was a raspberry red wine, Polish Nalewka Babuni its very smooth but boy after a few sips you start to feel pretty good...thats my kind of wine! The second was the St. John Commondaria, red fortified with Brandy this has an aroma of raisins with the sweetness of honey loved this Greek wine! Great spot for date or just to try something new, I highly recommend it. Thank you to the Chef and crew they are wonderful! Cant wait to go back to try the Barley soup now that its in season!
