Seafood Kitchen Of St. Augustine

We have been visiting this place for years; the experiences were great before, but this time, the service and speed failed our expectations. We visited on a Saturday around 1pm, the restaurant was about half full. It took a while before we were seated, and it took another while before our server took our drink order and also quite some time before we got our drinks. Knowing things were slow (it seemed like they were short on staff), we were trying to get our food order in as soon as possible, but we were told by our server that we had to wait until she finished other tables’ orders (that came in before us) before she would take ours. We were disappointed by this, but there was not much else we could do other than keep waiting. Food ordering process went okay, but on our seafood plate, our server didn’t ask if we would like it fried, boiled, or blackened, and we forgot to say we would like it blackened it was fried. I guess that was the default cooking option. Wish the server would always ask and not just assume or pick for guests. Food was good as usual, solid 5*, but the entrees took 30/40 minutes to arrive after we placed the order. Adding in the wait time for sitting down to get the drinks and to place the order, this meal turned into a very long meal. Not something that we had planned for.

We'll come here every week. Delicious fish choices (it is so good I always have the fresh fish).. Mahi, Salmon, Wahoo, Flounder, Grouper, but Dinner. Large Hush puppies and lateral decisions are amazing. 2 pages per order allowed, Broccoli salad amazingly perfect. Look at these homemade onion rings! That was an appetizer for our table. Also big fried oysters. This place is a jewel and friendly attentive service. Very reasonable prices!

My father is a local and this is the only place where we eat on holiday, I think we ate there five out of seven days when we were there last week. Best food ever! The seafood is fantastic and also the burgers! And we always get a salad with homemade ranch

I stopped for a quick order today. From the time I had ordered until I got my meal, it was less than 5 minutes. The portions were very generous and the sandwich was so good! Fast service and amazing food, you can't go wrong here! Thanks seafood cuisine from St. Augustine!

We were looking for a low but high quality culinary experience that would compose a coastal holiday and were very satisfied with this place. Especially her scallops were perfect (we recommend Blacken) and the waitress was friendly and attentive. If you're looking for a good place near St. Augustine, but don't want to deal with the parking or crowds, Seafood Kitchen is a big hidden gem that we are in town at any time.
