I swear, they were grounded with bread crumbs, seasoned and who knows what else, maybe 5% was meat? our dinner was ruined. large meatballs for people who have false teeth or no teeth. as disappointing. we're going to try these. the fingers crossed.
That used to be my favorite restaurant for pasta. penne and meatballs. they would fill the container (which is not his only nudge). now the removal container is half as deep. tricky because it looks similar to the original container, but when they open it, its...1/2 as deep. therefore keeps much less and I pay more! meatballs tasted like quaker horns (no meat or just a hauch meat). I will never return.
The food is average and the service is terrible at this restaurant. The only reason I still go is for the meat counter. However, be prepared to wait a long time for a sandwich. There are many teenagers working there who seem to not care about customer service.
The first time that I make a group order and my meal was not made. I shared a sub with a friend and it was the worst sub I've ever eaten. I wouldn't recommend this place. very disappointed!
Last week, I purchased a $45 frozen lasagna from this restaurant where I am a frequent customer. Unfortunately, the meat in the lasagna had a flavor that I would liken to dog food. I was very disappointed to find big chunks of fat and gristle in nearly every bite, giving it a rubbery texture. I was shocked by the poor quality of the meat. After this experience, I have decided not to purchase any frozen dishes with meat from this restaurant again.
