Arby's - St. Catharines

I ordered chicken fingers and curly fries through the drive through and drove home to consume them (5 mins). The chicken fingers were so overcooked that they were hard, like break a tooth hard. The curly fries were cold and separated on the inside, indicating that they sat in the rack for awhile. That is strike 3 for me and Arby's inedible food.

We visited on Sept. 12,2023 at 5:11 pm . Ordered 1 Gyro Greek Meal with Curly Fries and one Gyro Greek with a drink.The Gyros were excellent but the curly fries were disgusting. They were overcooked and most of them were little pieces.The person that served this should have seen it. Attaching Pictures

The hamburger bun was delicious, but I wasn't a fan of the lettuce. There was too much sauce and it needed more salt and pepper.
