Bento Sushi - St. Catharines

The food at this restaurant was incredible, with the sushi and sashimi being exceptionally fresh. The portions were generous and the service was quick. The only downside was the price, as we ended up paying nearly $180 for four adults including tips.

I want to express my deep disappointment with your restaurant experience this evening. I brought my 12-year-old child and their friend with the assumption that there would be a children's menu available. However, I was shocked to find out that there was no children's pricing offered. The two children ordered edamame, a cucumber maki roll, and an avocado roll, totaling nearly $140 for the three of us. When I requested to pay for their rolls separately, I was informed that we would have had to order a la carte and mention it beforehand. This policy was not communicated to me prior to ordering. I was also surprised by the adult pricing for the children's meals. I am disappointed that I ended up paying $80 for items that would have cost much less if ordered a la carte.

This restaurant is one of our favorites, and over the past year, we have missed the diverse menu options and relaxed dining atmosphere that are conveniently located near our home. The food is always delicious and the service is friendly. We can't wait to return!
