Horrible service. I asked for LOADED waffle fries, they charged me for it, Then gave me PLAIN waffle fries. I called and asked for a refund and the lady started arguing with me... and would not give me the refund. Never have I experienced such horrible experience.

Given wrong burrito. Called to try and rectify error and was met with denials and shifting of blame. Decent food but terrible customer service. I didn’t want my money back just what I paid for.

I asked them to put a joke on my take out container and they delivered! Thank you staff!
