Gino's Pizza - St. Catharines

I ordered from Gino’s late around 11:30 and the food was AMAZING! They made the wings perfectly to fit my cravings ! Other food services don’t put as much effort into the food when it’s late I find… but this Gino’s location gave 100% ! Will definitely be ordering from here from now on! Thank you so much!

I ordered a pizza from this restaurant over the phone. When I inquired about any walk-in specials, the person I spoke to had no knowledge of them and had to pass the phone to a co-worker, who informed me there were no specials. I ordered a large pizza with double cheese and was told it would be ready in 15 minutes. However, when I arrived at the restaurant, they were unaware of my order but assured me it would be ready in 5 minutes. After waiting for 10 minutes in the parking lot, I returned to find out that my pizza had not even been placed in the oven yet. I was frustrated with the lack of service and decided to leave and order from Fat Cats Pizza instead. The service at this restaurant was terrible, and I do not recommend it at all.

The pizza is delicious, the prices are affordable, and the service is very friendly!

In short, Gino's Pizza offers decent pizza with a greasy crust, but the overall experience is not great. The place smells bad, looks unclean, and they may switch details of your order without informing you. Their online ordering platform is frustrating to use, with hidden costs and no option to pay online. Despite trying to order whole wheat crust, we ended up with a regular crust. Overall, the pizza was ok but we won't be returning due to these issues.
