Pita Pit - St. Catharines

Specially Black bean pita is my favourite. Never had this quality before.?

Absolutely amazing service! The restaurant was clean and the front where they keep their veggies was all fresh and stalked it was very appealing. The workers who were on shift were very friendly! They greeted me as I walked in the door and were very helpful and kind with any questions I had in the process of ordering. Overall, this was a very amazing service that satisfied my lazy night last minute dinner craving.Vegetarian options: Very inclusive with vegetarian options! They have black bean, falafel, halloumi plus your good old fashion veggie!Kid-friendliness: They even have a whole kids menu that comes with a free cookie and a juice box!Wheelchair accessibility: There is a ramp in front of the store! Very accessible

I found a gift card from the Pita Pit given to me from my wife as a stocking stuffer this past Christmas 2022. I decided to use it today. Unfortunately, when the clerk scanned the card it showed up as empty. The supervisor at the time, her name is 'Amythest ' said to me that she would honour the gift card. That was very nice of her to give the customer the benefit of the doubt. I 've only recently discovered the Pita Pit and I enjoy their food. Thank you Amythest for your great customer service. The staff here are amazing, they are always friendly, ask how my day is going, and are always happy to see me. I've started coming several times a week not just because of their delicious food but I stayed for the amazing service! I wish I could give more stars!Vegetarian options: Many options available!Kid-friendliness: Absolutely a kid-friendly atmosphere!Parking: Easily 20 spots right up front and another 75 beside the building.Wheelchair accessibility: Plenty of space, accessible to all.
