Qualia Pizza - St. Catharines

My go to if I'm getting pizza AND wings. I enjoy suicide wings and their suicide sauce is delicious and very hot. The pizza is good, I just wish they offered jalapeños as a topping.

Staff does not wear gloves or even a hair net, found two long black hairs In my slice today and turned my stomach, atleast use hair nets pleaseReply- well clearly hats don't work because it doesn't cover the sides of the head with hair, it was in a slice of Hawaiian pizza today, I don't know how much more information I can give you other than I pulled two hairs out of the pizza slice that were about 2 inches long and I can promise you they weren't wearing hair nets, check your camera

At 11pm i ordered a panzerati potatoe wedges and a dip . And received an over cooked panzerati and wayyyyyy over cooked potatoe wedges most of them individually were burnt .. and I did not receive my dip.. I always order here and I am extremely dissatisfied with my order... I tried calling a few times before close and no answer.... Not happy at all.

I was looking for a pizza as we were craving late night za,I dunno, it takes a second to realize they're throwing some sort of curry or cumin or something in the pizza....It just isn't what i wasn't that good or what I was expecting when looking to order traditional tasting pizza pizza.

Monday night. Phoned 5 times between 5 and 6 to place an order. No answer or got hung up on. Stopped by to see if they were open. Staff didn't care and said they were just busy although they did not appear busy. No sorry or can I take your order. Last time we attempt business with them.
