Contribuisci feedbackI go here pretty much every weekend and more often than not, my order gets messed up. A few weeks ago I ordered a vanilla latte with extra espresso, and I instead received a cup filled to the brim with steamed milk, literally nothing else. And almost every other time I go, I end up leaving with vastly underfilled drinks, or drinks that are made entirely wrong. On top of this, I highly recommend against placing a mobile order at this location. The last 5-6 times I've used the mobile order service, it has taken over 15 minutes for them to even acknowledge my order, let alone start making it. I will say though, the crew during the week is great, it is just absolutely terrible on the weekends. This location has definitely been on a downward spiral these past 6-8 months. Hopefully these problems are addressed soon and I can get Tim Hortons again without worrying about being ripped off.
The coffee is good…however, a few simple improvements, like introducing new couches for comfort and maintaining a high level of cleanliness, could make it even more inviting and enjoyable for customers.
You guys owe me an Espresso shot! I dropped-in to the Drive-Thru yesterday and bought an Ice Cap with an Espresso shot, paid $5.07. I was on the 406 heading out of town when I discovered that they didn 't add the Espresso! I wasn 't going to turn-back, but I get back that way fairly often. I don 't like paying for things, then finding out I got 'ripped ' due to carelessness.

Every time I order from this location I it always seems like they underfill my drink and never put enough on what I order when I specify I want extra. Been going here for years and it's starting to be one of the worst locations I go to
