They never know if the person they’re talking about has a friend who might be waiting in line to buy a coffee and over hear them. I’m not entirely sure why your employees feel the need to openly discuss workplace drama from another business that’s completely unrelated to yours in the first place.
1. A supervisor stood at cash for 3 minutes counting cash, never acknowledged my presence then closed cash and walked away. Then I and others behind me wait 5 minutes for someone to take our order snd yet there were 9 staff behind the counter. I counted. 2. Someone came and it was obvious they were not only new and in training, they dodged not speak English or french, the official Canadian languages. They did not understand my request, repeated 3 times, and eventually got another staff to translate! 3. Even with the translator I had to repeat my order two more times and explain it?? 4. I waited 10 minutes for one sandwich. During the wait, five customers behind me got their orders and drive through processed 9 cars! I counted. 5 The sandwich was delivered by someone from the kitchen. It was cold?? 6 There were no clean tables to sit at. I had to ask for a table to be cleaned and waited 10 minutes for this. It took 5 minutes just to figure out which of the 9 staff that were mostly wasting customer time was going to do it. 7 Two staff spent a lot of time fooling around. One swore and cussed frequently for everyone in the dining room to hear. Is that necessary? It sure is not professional. If there is a Tim Hortons worse than this, I’d be surprised.
Always friendly as ever at this spot. Always have a happy smile waiting at drive-through.
I was disappointed with Tim Hortons ' customer service. The experience fell short of expectations, and I felt let down. Improved service is crucial for customer satisfaction. I hope Tim Hortons can address these concerns and provide a better experience for customers in the future.
Service is slow at best. This Tim Hortons open at 0500 each morning for walk in service. Most mornings you are knocking at the door and the staff just ignore you. Even if you have four people waiting. I find the staff not friendly at all and rarely smile and say good morning.
