Tim Hortons - St. Catharines

Never had an issue at the drive thru, but when I go inside to order they will occasionally mess up my order, but what really gets me, is the consistent poor

This Tim hortons is constantly messing up my order.

We went for lunch today and my husband was ordering his lunch, I however was deciding on new items, and how to swap this for that, she asked my husband was that it for the order he told her I just needed a second more to decide, the look of disgust from this older European lady was uncalled for and shocking, I looked to see if there was a line up, NO ONE, only 3 people sitting at table, due to March storm. With that she turned from me and walked away to not serve me...He took his lunch and I went without. NEVER EVER AGAIN will I go. Horrible service I went to Chef in A Box!!

What a great place! Very friendly staff and very clean inside. Had a wonderful Grilled chicken wrap and a new spicy chicken soup!
