Swiss Chalet Rotisserie & Grill

I never get tired of Swiss Chalet! Like a favorite childhood memory, I always make sure to visit when I'm in Canada. And of course, I always order the whole chicken.

This restaurant is always my go-to favorite. I have been coming here since I was a child. I always order the quarter chicken with white meat and homemade fries, but I like to swap the BBQ sauce for the chalet sauce. It's a classic choice that I never get tired of.

I ordered the half chicken dinner and it was disappointing. The chicken was tough and the fries were overcooked and crispy. The coleslaw lacked dressing and tasted bland.

Anyone who has ever stepped into a Swiss Chalet knows exactly what you are getting when you come here.

Can't say what the food is like - Swiss Chalet is an inexpensive chain whose chicken and French fries are pretty consistent.
