Arby's - St Charles

The food at this restaurant is consistently delicious and served hot. However, the Dr. Pepper always seems to be watered down.

The half pound roast beef sandwich, the classic roast beef sandwich, and both chicken sliders were tough and dry. The chicken sliders were overly burnt. The only items we could stomach were the curly fries and mozzarella sticks.

That is the best arby’s I have ever been. eating is always perfect (no soggy nastiness here) and the gentleman who works the drive at night (the red headman) is very sweet and friendly. seriously, I'd like to let him work for my company. the boy knows a great customer service.

Quick place to grab a bite when we travel. Thumbs up to the lady behind the counter. She was working the place alone and did very well.

Update: went to the drive thru on 5-19 at 7:43PM. As i waited in line the two cars ahead of me were served. As i pulled up to the speaker at 7:48PM i was told they were closed and would not take my order. Their window states they are open until 8pm. The internet says they are open until 10pm. Well by 7:51 they had killed their lights in order to refuse a veteran service because they wanted to leave. This place is usually great, but they need to stick to their posted hours for sure! Taking my review from a 5 star to a 3 for the rudeness and not even talking to me about it!
