Seriously. I like to support local though. Where there 's a real art to crafting a brew. Where knowledge, passion and skill come into play. I like surprises. They always surprise me! That being said. I 've been to many high rated shops and roasters from Portland, Seattle, NY and even some really nice local ones in STL. It 's crazy this place is here in St. Charles, MO of all places. Nothing TOPS them in my opinion. I 'm just blown away, the place and everyone there certainly adds to the experience as short and simple as the moments are. My kid trains at the gym down the street and I always look forward to stopping in every chance I get. Wish they were open later.
Course has a vibe unmatched by any other cafe coffee roaster we've visited recently. It's clear that the owner Brandon has put every ounce of passion and craftsmanship he has into his coffee and his team. The staff here can clearly call this place home. We've been to 24 different cafes across 12 major cities in 2023 alone Course easily lands in the top 5. All this time, Course has been in our very own backyard, located in historic St. Charles Missouri. The coffee was excellent, the decor was interesting and relaxing. We felt at home, comfortable, yet inspired to express ourselves. They have a good selection of origins too. If you're looking for something special to brew at home, they've got it fresh roasted. Given the name itself, Course's desire to explore the world of coffee is clear. Support local business, give Course a try.
Some of the BEST coffee beans in the area! Great service and knowledgeable staff. Highly recommend.
5 stars all around! Nice employees, great coffee, and amazing pastry.
Best coffee roaster in St. Charles County. I love the vibe here. It's a perfect place to hang out and enjoy a beverage. The staff is ridiculously friendly.
