Service was awful, my salad was not very good, too much lettuce and not enough chicken and salad dressing

Great service, Super cute patio with running water fountains. Food was good!

Waited 20 min for a server to greet us and then another 40min to get our first drink. Overall time at the restaurant was almost 3hrs long waiting for drinks food. Also, the whole staff was all 18yrs old or younger and the other half of the staff didn’t speak English. The worst part of it all, was that we waited all that time and the food was mediocre at best. Never going back.

There was 4 of us. We get seated by the hostess and as we were walking the floors were so sticky that it was hard for me to even get my shoe up. We get seated they gave us four glasses of water two straws two plates for an appetizer again they were four of us as one of us were drinking from the glass of water, the glass was shattered and had a huge crack at it we told the waitress and she said OK I will get you another glass no apologies no nothing. The food comes out as we begin to eat I ordered the chicken habanero it is supposed to have chorizo chicken avocado bell pepper in it. The chef forgot to put the chorizo in it again we informed the waitress no apologies just went and got a couple chorizo to put in our tacos. All in all, food was tasteless, service was awful,. Place is going down hill.

Was there a manager in the service? service was terrible, but we are not exactly responsible for the waiter, because they looked highly underoccupied. we never got a water replenishment, for ever made an order, our appetizer came minutes before our meal. no serviettes. the place was not even packed.
