Mcdonald's - St. Charles

Don’t bother going to this location it isn’t worth your time or money. In one instance the restaurant was supposed to be open but when I arrived it was completely dark and no one was working. This was at 8:50pm on a Friday when their closing time is at 11pm. In another visit I asked for a cup of mustard and I received a pathetic amount that wasn’t even enough for three fries. When I went back to ask for more I was told mustard is only for the burgers. The people that “work” here, don’t.

The Managment was unwilling to fix an error with my order. Completely unacceptable staff. Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
