Then over an HOUR later brought out the basic rice sushi rolls we ordered our kids then another 45 minutes after that came our own rolls and before we got our last one, as eachcame out about 10 minutes from each other, we had to tell them enough is enough forget it we have to leave as we were there forover 2 hours at that point. Our kids lost their patience understandably. Then, when we complained several times the managerrolled her eyes at us and gave us a hard time. We were not the only ones very upset tonight. We wish we could support local withthis one but no way.
When I tell you this is the best place I have ever been too, I mean the best dine-in I have ever had. The food is very delicious, I walk in with smiles on faces and friendly greetings, pretty quick service and very cheap food. Even the scenery ofthe inside is very beautiful to see. I would VERY HIGHLY recommend this place for all the sushi lovers
This place never disappointed. my man and I have been going to this place for many years. we always try something new and let content. chef shima is super nice and everything we have ordered so far has made our chicks very happy? however, they must work on their turnaround time. I suggest some appetizers first they are so good to esp their bark meat spagel, shumai gealterashi tofu? (foto: black dragon roll, Net’s roll, rainbow roll, bark meat spagel, agedashi tofu oreo tempura)
We arrived at 7pm and ordered several rolls, crab Rangoon and tempura. The crab Rangoon and tempura took 30 minutes to get and the tempura was 3 veggie pieces that were very undercooked and they gave us spring rolls instead of Rangoon and never fixed it Service on the sushi was very slow. We checked back periodically and at 9pm even though we had already been told twice they were already making it, they finally said they wouldn’t start making it for some time yet. She was very surprised that I cancelled the order and didn’t want to wait 2 1/2 hours for sushi. Now I know why I saw a customer cancel his order when we walked in.
Great sushi for a great price, but the service was awful. Our food took way too long and the restaurant wasn’t busy, and our party’s food came out at different times (one roll at a time).
