I'm very disappointed that this seems to be a recurring issue with Tim Hortons at various locations. I will take my business elsewhere."
I had a terrible experience at this restaurant. My order was messed up three times, and the hash browns were dry and old. The woman at the drive-thru was rude and seemed annoyed. I was denied both drinks I ordered, even though she claimed my order was correct. I won't be returning and think new management and staff are necessary to improve the situation.
I usually don’t have any issues at this restaurant, but today was different. The attendant at the window wouldn't accept my Amex, which other places do take, so I handed her a $20 bill and asked her to put the balance onto a new TH card. This seemed to confuse her. The manager came over and explained that they couldn’t process the transaction that way. I gave her a $5 bill to cover my $4 order, and they gave me change for the $5 before adding $20 to the card. Then, the manager ran after someone who could facilitate a "change at the window," which I didn't understand. It seemed unnecessary since they should prioritize serving customers over other matters. Frustrated, I drove away. The coffee was great as usual, but my Boston cream donut was barely filled with cream. It was a really disappointing way to start my day, and I imagine it wasn't a good experience for that employee either. I think I’ll avoid this place in the future.
