The staff was very clear and helpful on what was vegan or veganizable on the menu. The AAC reels that were excellent, vegetable fried rice without egg, and herbal tempura. All were decent quality. Unlike another reviewer, we were told to the Udon soup that she wasn't vegan. The restaurant has entertaining chefs who are competent handlers of their tools on the Teppanyaki grills.
A solid option if you are looking for something big and full, or some light. I came there and asked for vegan options and the lady who helped me was extremely knowledgeable: she told me what was already vegan and what could easily be veganized (for example by egg removal). I ordered the udon noddle vegetable soup, which was tasteful but light. A serving (comes in a large tub) divided into two would make a fantastic starter with much for each person. Also ordered the AAC roll with avocado, asparagus and cucumber. Great. I'm going back because this is probably the place with the most vegan options in St. Cloud.
We all sat and I told our waiter that I'm vegan and he could help me get my food. I got the Veggie Hibachi and could get the fried rice without egg. He also said that there is no butter added to one of the foods. When we got our soup, he let me know that my soup had no chicken broth in it. He also told me that the salad dressing was also vegan. Once I got my food, the food was amazing! In any case, it'll be back!
