Another later and colder departure. win them a second chance, as the taste of their take is usually good and they are on eats. but this is the second time that it has rolled up late and cold. Wife microwave ovens that they don't have to...but I just had to eat my cold....cold are just hard to swirl. the taste of eating was good, but cold is just such a bad experience. Unfortunately, that was the last time we used moza.

Really tasty food, great quality and delicious. We pre-ordered our delivery and it came pretty much exactly at the time we asked for. We did order for early in the evening when perhaps not so busy . We were very impressed with the food, delicious

Ordered a home delivery for tonight for myself and my family. Arrived 1hr 15mins later than should have and only half order arrived. Very Poor ustomer service and even worse at saying sorry for there misstake and offering refund. We will not be purchasing from...them again.

Awful takeaway service, ordered at 7pm for 8.15pm, arrived at 9.45. Told we didn’t have to pay for it but we were subsequently charged and they will not refund. The food was terrible as was the customer service when I complained. So many better...options in Bury truly terrible.

Our family always use Moza in Bury St Edmunds for Indian takeaway food and have never been disappointed. As part of the lead up to Christmas we had three meals delivered and everything was delicious and arrived slightly ahead of time ! As usual the...service was friendly and courteous. Have just ordered again for this evening!
