Pizza Hut - St Edmundsbury

Three times now we have had a takeaway and three times we have got home and not had what we have ordered. We will check next time I would suggest you do the same. Having said that it’s a nice pizza and not a bad deal and the staff are ok.

Pizza buffet was good and great value! You now have to go up and oder which we found was better as you can choose when you want to start your buffet. Although the buffet was very good they never seem to be able to keep up with the emptying of pizza plates. The unlimited drinks machine was great and the ice cream machine is always very popular! However the toilets are not the nicest and could do with being refurbished, they also don't smell the best.This was still a very good pizza buffet though.

I always find this pizza hut small and cramp but as it was a birthday treat we went for a week day lunch. Luckily it was quiet so I was able to keep my sleeping son's buggy next to the table. They no longer offer table service (although the prices haven't changed) so you go up and order then have to carry glasses/cutlery/salad bowls back to the table. For 2 individual pizzas, 1 soda, 1 tap water and a kids meal it was still over £30. The food was nice when it was brought over. The restaurant seemed to clean and tidy although toilets slightly smelt. But I do hate how cramped this store is. I'd never go when it's busy especially when you have to now queue to order/get your drink/salad etc. The ice cream factory in particular is very close to a table. I also think it's overpriced.

Not recommended for wheel chair users, a girl came to us as we went in the door for a treat for my disabled daughter , we had used there before and knew that there was a space where you could sit out of the way with a wheelchair , a space that would have accommodated our party of 7 , we were told there was someone there was shocked to see a young couple with 2 small kids , a bit of common sense and my daughter's day wouldn't have turned into a huge argument and a miserable day , we were placed in the middle of the place blocking the ice cream machine which caused us a nightmare, stressed my daughter very much , we just walked out and have vowed to never use the place again , I'm utterly disgusted by it and the incompetence of the waitress

My son, girlfriend and I stopped here for dinner tonight. Things have changed quite a bit since my last visit. There is no table service any longer and you have to order at a desk. It’s not very helpful when only one of you orders and you are expected to take 3 salad bowls and 3 glasses to your table with no tray! There was no ice for the drinks. All that said, the pizza was good and the salad was fresh.
