Great food you can't find better kebab wrap with hot sauce in the whole UK no joke. Best french fries and lovely customer service. Highly recommended for people who appreciate real food not tasteless cheap take away from high street bleh.

Order took over an hour to arrive and when it arrived the order was incorrect. I had specifically asked for no mayo or salad in one of the burgers but instead they decided to use half a jar of mayo to soak the burger so I couldn’t even scrape it off...rather than wait another hour for a replacement it ended up in the bin. The rest of the food was freezing when it had finally arrived. Won’t ever waste my time or money buying from them again.

I wouldn’t go here ever again, I placed an order for over £20, all paid for etc, and then nothing, I will be reporting to where appropriate in every form, agency and also to social media

Food arrived stone cold not a bit of warmth in it. The double burger i ordered turned up as chicken in a bun. Phoned the place. They couldn't have given a dam. They tried to tell me it's normal for food to sometimes turn up cold. It's that cold it's obviously been festering a while so it's going straight in the bin. No solution offered from them at all. I have reported to just eat. And I strongly recommend others do not buy from here

Ordered food through just eat, however my old address is still registered on here and only noticed after I paid. I phoned up the restaurant to explain what had happened and asked if I could change the delivery address. I then got told that my order hasn’t gone through and my order is no where even though my money had been taken from my account, I had a conformation email and a notification from just eat to say by order will be delivered by a certain time. The manager came on the phone and said for me to phone back in 15 minutes. I did that and still no order had come through. They then tell me that I have to phone up just eat to request a refund. Just eat tried to phone the restaurant to confirm no order had gone through, but they didn’t answer. They then told me that I have missed their 5-10 minute call off period and I would only be able to get a 50% refund or an investigation into the restaurant. I took the investigation as I am not paying for food that I haven’t received. The restaurant did get my order as I have paid for food that I never received, an email to confirm and a notification from the app to say my food will be here by a certain time. By them telling me to wait for 15 minutes, it means that at the moment, they have my money for food that they never cooked and delivered. I will never ever order from this place again, whether that is through just eat or by walking in there. The staff are rude and argued with me down the phone, and it makes you wonder how many people they have actually done this to!
