Nice place that this Stephanian institution! Cook with a good franquette! I recommend scallop and bacon salad as well as dauphinois gratin!

A stephane institution: bistro decoration (banks, mirrors), traditional recipes well executed (mention for gratin), gouailleur boss. Classic but it works all the time! Serve a hair, however.
